Experience Egypt

Luxor To Aswan

Meet your english speaking Tour guide

Welcome to Luxor, Egypt, the place I call home. My name is Mahmoud "Ocean" Ali. I love sharing my home with our visitors and guests.

I dreamed of becoming a licensed tour guide when I was little and am excited I get to do what I love - helping you experience not only the history of Egypt but its people and culture today. I want you to become an eye witness of history - the past and present.

If there is something you want to see in Egypt, I can help set it up and make it happen. I particularly love showing off the history and people along the Nile River from Luxor to Aswan and Abu Simbel.

I can help you create a tour that fits your budget from private tours to groups.

Feel free to reach out to me. I would love to make Egypt come alive for you.

Thousands of years of history

There are very few places on earth where you can see, feel and experience as much history as you can in Egypt. From the Step Pyramid of Djoser (about 2686 BC) to the modern Grand Egyptian Musuem (2021 AD), you get to step in and out of the past as I try to make the history of Egypt come alive.

I look forward to sharing the stories of the places we visit - from their creation to their re-discovery. You will see first hand how technology and skills improved over centuries from painted plaster impressions to detailed stone carvings and greater architectural feats.

My hope is that you leave Egypt changed for the better. I hope you have a greater appreciation of the history of these places and the people of Egypt today.

"Traveling. It leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller." -Ibn Battuta
